Resin Compounding Technology (RCT Polymers, LLC) was formed in 2018 by two industry veterans, both Plastics Engineers from UMass Lowell, with over 50 years of combined experience in the resin distribution and custom compounding arena.

RCT's focus is specifically geared towards customizing and developing resin compounds for specialty applications where 'off-the-shelf' solutions do not exist. We pride ourselves in prioritizing our customers requests and needs first, and work with our compounding and distribution partners to fully understand end use requirements, agency ratings, processability and cost-effectiveness. We package all of this into a resin formulation that provides realistic and continuous production solutions.
